Great value and location. Lovely staff
The location is an easy ten minute walk from the train, and two minutes into the heart of Colmar. Our bed was very comfortable, and the staff were all exceptionally welcoming and helpful, to the point that when we saw one of the housekeepers on the street she recognized us and greeted us warmly. The price was also really good for all of the services of a hotel, and they were so good to store our bags all day before we left on an evening train.
Perhaps a mini fridge would be good in the room, and a hot water kettle. Though of course there is a nespresso machine. Otherwise, no issues at all.

Perfect place to stay for a city trip. Very friendly staff!
the location was great. Everything in the old town is in walking distance. carpark too. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with organizing rooms close together for a group of friends and accomocated us a bit longer so we could finish our city tour without luggage and cars.

Great stay, would definitely stay again next time.
The staff was extremely nice. Dogs were free, just call ahead or let them know when booking. Staff was helpful with recommendations and the hotel is very centric
The Spa is nice but no soap in the dispensers in the showers and the door to steam room was broken, the fixed it next day after we told them though which is nice
